Notify contacts status changing with popup, global or individual sound.

This plugin replaces default online notification module and can disable online icon blinking in tray and contact list.

Require PopUp Plus plugin to show popup.

WARNING! Some Miranda plugins are conflicted to this plugin by unknown reasons and will crash Miranda on startup or exit. I will fix each known bug, but I don't use all Miranda plugins. Remember, some bugs causes are irrational, and I don't control madness, therefore the best way is to send me list of your active Miranda plugins. Thanks all helped me to find bugs.
