This plugin gives a PopUp interoperability to other plugins. It means that you need it if you have plugins which use it (example: NewStatusNotify). If you are a developer, you can use it to add PopUps to your plugin with no efforts :-)

IMPORTANT! Everytime you download a new version of PopUp, read the readme_popup.txt file to see if you need to update some other plugin.
