Nuts and bolts of password resetting
1. A password cannot be retrieved as it has been encrypted.
2. In order to gain access to the account again, a new password has to be created.
3. Enter the username and E-mail address that you used when registering for your account.
4. An E-mail will be sent to you for confirmation. Enclosed within is a validation code that you will enter here.
5. Upon successful validation, an E-mail will be sent to you with your new password enclosed.
